In order to speed up the process of repair and return, we recommend to use DHL/Schenker.

Support agreement overview

(Subject to full terms and conditions)

  1. Software License Agreement.
  2. Repair of hardware. Includes labor costs and parts for processor cards, power supplies, memory circuits and more.
  3. Software is updated to the latest version.
  4. Questions are answered weekdays from 08:30 to 16:30.
  5. Error queries will be acknowledged within 4hrs of receipt. In cases where the query is reported outside of regular office hours, the response time is counted from 08.30am
  6. In case the faulty terminal or its parts require replacement, TimeTerminal guarantee to take responsibility for the recycling process.
