Investments in product development is approximately 20 million. The costs are taken over the financial statements so they are not a debit for TimeTerminals result.

Service:

Quality. Our terminals are reliable. We also offer a full support agreement. As a client with the support agreement you always have access to support and free repairs of the terminals. In most cases we repair and send back the terminals within three working days.

We can look back at, proof with referenses the above standing values that we forthgoing foster and improve.

Each company has one or more characterictics that one is extra proud of. In our case it is the quality and reliability. Our terminals are used in staff critical applications and systems. It is therefore of highest importance that they always work. To secure that we have a production – and qualitytest for all our terminals.

  • 2-300 terminals from the 80’s and 90’s, that we delivered from the precursor of TimeTerminal, Altema Tidsystem, are still in use. The same is of course valid for the 6000 terminals we have delivered since 1999.
  • Life span and quality is characteristics.
  • Destruction of the terminals are done in accordance with the rules set by Natrurvårdsverket. We are also members of El-kretsen and REPA.

We can deliver terminals that are IP65-classified. IP65 mean that the terminals are protected for water, steam, dust and so on

Program development:

All program development are done inhouse.

Test and delivery:

All terminals are tested against the suppliers time – and communicationprogram before delivery.

The terminals are delivered in solid boxes with protection from impact, and as a client you only need a power source and Internet connection in order for the terminal to work.

Helpdesk, Support and service agreements

We have a service reponsibility 24/7, which means that you as a client have the opportunity to report errors via e-mail around the clock. Action on any errors should begin within five hours. Terminals that are repaired for clients with support agreement shall be returned within three working days counting from the day it arrived. If needed clients can borrow terminals during the repairs.

Subcontractors:

We are handling our subcontractors almost equally as good as our clients. We want them to give us updates and news within their area of business. We have short delivery time and we are looking for long term collaborations.
